Fees are established with each client in advance of our work together, based upon whether psychotherapy, coaching or a blended approach is needed.

As a guide, psychotherapy sessions last for 50 minutes and are generally weekly, at the same time each week. Coaching sessions tend to be less frequent but longer, usually 1½ to 2 hours. The work is also more defined at the outset, with a programme agreed between us.
